Janet Williams

Operations Director

Janet hails from the state of Pennsylvania. She graduated from Philadelphia Biblical University with duel Bachelor’s degrees in Bible and Social Work. After marrying Kevin, they moved back to Massachusetts and came on staff at Pine Brook in 1994. Along with the running the daily functions of camp, Janet is our one-woman technical support.

John Drumgool

Program Director

John’s in his element when he’s laying down powder lines, dreaming up games for our Youth Programs or mowing the lawn.  He holds a degree in Recreation and Leisure Services as well as certifications in Outdoor Leadership and Wilderness First Response. John lives in Erving with his wife, Joann & their daughter Kayla.

Alyssa Bell

Guest Services Director

Although a native of Sunderland, Alyssa has always called camp home. Her involvement began in 1999 when her parents sent her to summer camp at age 11. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in English and a concentration in Writing from Worcester State College.  After a trip to Peru in ’07, Alyssa holds hopes to return to the mission field someday.

Ian Bauer

Media & Marketing Director

Born in South Carolina, Ian thankfully has no Southern drawl.  He began working at camp shortly after graduating from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting.  In addition to working at camp Ian is also a video editor at a local television station.  He and Emilia live at camp with their two dogs, Jack Bauer and Dr. House.

Emilia Bauer

Support Staff

Before getting hitched to Ian in 2010, Emilia attended school in Florida.  She left West Palm Beach Atlantic University with a degree in Communications, minoring in Dance.  Emilia spent two years in the professional fundraising and philanthropy world and holds international experience in childcare, nannying in Ireland. She hopes to bring a creative worship program to Pine Brook within the next few years.

Miranda Bean

Support Staff

Miranda’s role at camp ranges from guest host to Junior Staff Leader to sound technician and anything in between.  She came on staff a few years after graduating from New Tribes Bible Institute in Michigan.  Miranda knows her way around camp as she has been a volunteer for 10+ years!  She rooms with Alyssa right at camp in the Balsam A-Frame.
